Sallie has established a formidable reputation as being an extremely able defence advocate who achieves acquittals in the most difficult of circumstances. She has a diverse defence practice which ranges from murder to fraud and advisory work for multinational corporations in respect of computer crime, health and safety and food and drugs. In particular, Sallie has specialist expertise in relation to trials involving those who are in the public eye and require assistance in relation to the media aspects of their cases. She has also represented international sports personalities. Sallie is increasingly involved in professional disciplinary work, and has appeared before the General Medical Council. She has also lectured extensively both in the UK and overseas, including the West Indies and South Africa.
