An experienced Chartered Accountant, investor and Company Director / Chairman  with significant acquisition experience. Mark is currently Chairman of Cleardata Ltd, Ensco 1227 Ltd and Enigma Legal Ltd, a non executive of Oaktree - CPOMS and on the advisory board of the League Managers Association Institute of High Performance and Leadership. Mark formed with Private Equity backing EDM in 2004 which went on to become a leading international information management business from which he exited in 2015. Prior to that he was part of the management team which set up an IT recruitment and consultancy in 1995 which sold to Hays PLC in 1999 and then helped to integrate the business into the group over the next few years. In the early 1990’s Mark worked in Private Equity through which invested in and helped grow a number of businesses.
