Tracy held global executive HR roles within financial services prior to now working freelance across a range of industries for over 10 years, giving her a broad & deep range of expertise.
She has worked with start-ups, SME’s and large corporates seeking to change, enhance or evolve.
Whilst working with the likes of Bank of America, Co-Operative and Lloyds Banks she led large-scale projects including M&A’s, organisational redesign and performance optimisation across the UK, US, Europe & Scandinavia. She was credited with being one of two “drivers of project success” by Exxon Mobil for her lead role in a multi-national business carve out. BAE systems described her impact on a highly complex TUPE as making it “the fastest and most effective” TUPE in recent years.
Her work with new or smaller companies includes supporting them implement best practice HR staff, systems, processes, culture where there is either limited HR expertise ‘on the ground’, or optimising existing services for efficiency, rigour, delivery or people performance.
Tracy has supported leaders of all levels realise their own or their teams’ potential, and provides training in HR law, communication, mental health in the workplace, recruitment, redundancy, disciplinary techniques and so on.
Away from HR, Tracy is a keen new golfer. She’s passionate about wildlife conservation - volunteering for a local wildlife centre & incorporating wildlife into travel when possible such as visiting Mountain Gorillas in Uganda. Together with her husband, she also spends time in Italy at their holiday home.
